To maintain a space of absolute safety, integrity, and energetic alignment for both practitioner and client, the following universal policies apply to all services booked under Flowing Frequency:
Virtual Sanctuary Requirements: All individual sessions (Mediumship, Tarot, and Reiki) are conducted virtually via a secure video link. Please ensure you are in a quiet, private, and physically comfortable space with a stable internet connection for the duration of your session.
A Note on Late Arrivals: Time slots are locked to specific energetic alignments and scheduling structures. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Sessions cannot be extended past their scheduled end time out of respect for subsequent clients. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a cancellation without a refund.
The Energy of Consent & Right of Refusal: Spiritual work is a collaborative, sacred exchange. I maintain a strict trauma-informed space and hold the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating hostile, disruptive, or deeply misaligned energy. If a session is cancelled by me prior to or during the initialization due to alignment issues, a full refund will be processed immediately.
